If the depths are not reached,
care does not really take place.
How can the depths of the skin be reached? Actually, the answer is simple: by stimulating and increasing the penetrability of the skin.
But how can this penetrability be increased? Generally, the skin lets almost nothing pass through to the "inside". It has a biological protective function and thus categorically blocks everything.
This is the reason why, for example, emulsions in the form of creams (and 99% of all skin care products are creams/emulsions) can have an effect almost solely on the surface of the skin. They make the uppermost layer of skin smooth and seals off the skin. This is called the "occlusive concept". Today, almost all skin care products in the world are oriented to this occlusion.
    
Emulsions do not penetrate the depths. This is because their molecular structure is too coarse. And because they are not capable of stimulating the penetrability of the skin from the outside. The skin fends them off.
So a novel type of substance is needed, one that fulfills two conditions: it may not be too coarse or large (drop-shaped), as is the case for all emulsions. (Emulsions are simple mixtures, either oil in water or water in oil.)
Therefore, we want a substance whose microstructure is very fine and one which has a membranous structure, since the skin also has such a structure. Only in this way can the depths be reached.
This is one condition. In addition, this substance should be able to produce this penetrability. The pattern that becomes apparent here is as follows:

As we mentioned above, emulsions (creams) are of little use here. They fail in the 1st stage, and their coarse structure makes them also fail in the 2nd stage.
    
The physical structure of DANADEM® liposome membranes is nearly identical to that of the skin’s barrier layers. This has the advantage that the liposomes can integrate themselves into the skin in a gentle, natural way, layer by layer. The special characteristic of this membranous application is the fact that the desired increase in permeability actually occurs.
The skin is not manipulated or forced to open … it opens voluntarily because the membranized liposomes are so similar to the skin that the two merge. And, with each merging, the skin opens a little more … layer by layer.
Therefore, DANADEM® fulfills the requirement for modern skin care: the skin permits the skin care substances to reach into the depths of the cells. It opens voluntarily.
In the interplay of stages 1 and 2, DANADEM® causes a variety of valuable skin care effects. Here is one example: the raw material of the liposomes … phosphatidylcholine … directly affects the ceramide metabolism of the skin. This means that the health of the skin cells is significantly improved by e.g. the generation of sphingomyelines in the living cells. This is an extremely important factor for preventing aging of the skin.
But DANADEM® contains even more High Tech. The liposomes are too small for certain substances or, to put it another way: their hollow core is sometimes not large enough for the skin care substances that can produce their caring effect only with a certain minimum impulse quantity.
Therefore, we need "caring carriers", which are not larger than the liposomes (so that they can reach the depths), but which can store more substances within themselves.
Such carriers are called "nanoparticles". In the DANADEM® concept, fluid nanoparticles are used; their cores are filled with fats. As a result, all fat-soluble substances (e.g. vitamins) can now finally find their "true home", which is simultaneously a transport element for the path into the depths.
   
The nanoparticulation of DANADEM® is based on the technology of high-pressure homogenization. Technically, it is very ambitious. And the amazing thing about this is:

But the effects are
better than those of
"back to Nature".
Why is this so? You would think that "back to Nature" would improve the caring qualities. In principle, this is correct. But look a bit closer:
- "Back to Nature" fails in the carrier that is supposed to reach the depths.
- Nature is more important than ever in the active substances that are to carry out their work in the depths.
Let’s examine the carrier. It is the guarantee of depth. And, as we said before, all emulsions (creams) fail in this area. Therefore, it is not much help if emulsions are made from "pure Nature", as is so often practiced in the so-called natural cosmetics industry.
Emulsions remain emulsions, regardless whether they are synthetic or natural. Generally, their structure is too large and dissimilar to the skin; as a result, the skin refuses to open.
Emulsions are a mixture of oil and water. And the oils that are used for emulsions are biologically "too far away" from the biology of the skin. Therefore, we need substances that are essentially identical to the skin. And the phosphatidylcholine in DANADEM® is this substance.
    
In order to be able to produce it so that it has the highest possible quality, we need High Tech. And we also need High Tech in order to be able to shape them into liposomes. And, to be able to bind them to fluid nanoparticles, we also need High Tech.
From this point of view, it is not a step forward if we practice "back to Nature" for the carrier. This usually works only if "better bio oils" are used. To say nothing of the fact that liposomes are also Nature to the greatest extent possible … technically ennobled Nature.
Let us now look at the active substances. There can not be enough "Nature" in this area. Here, everything that is synthetic is counterproductive. For example, there are substances that are identical to Nature. Although this is correct in the chemical sense, they have no life. No biophotons. No macromolecules. Therefore, they do not activate the self healing of the cells.
